About

Thanks for your interest in Googliberty.

What is Googliberty?

Googliberty is an online search engine powered by Google with a database restricted to websites that display resources on individual liberty, free market and limited government.

Googliberty’s goal is to make the world’s resources that defend these three principles more accessible and useful. We hope our site will help you to discover interesting thinkers and concepts, enhance your knowledge and address issues with a classical liberal and libertarian insight. The added value of Googliberty is to keep authoritarian “noise” aside from your research and make you discover classical liberal and libertarian resources from quality websites you don’t know the existence yet.

This Website’s History

On August 2009, in the margins of catallaxia.net, two libertarian entrepreneurs − Anton Dertovk and Guillaume − found the search engine called “Liberty-Finder”.

After he had developed a first version of this project and an another multilingual (french/english/spanish) search engine (called “Catallaxearch“) for catallaxia.net, Anton Dertovk designed the website, developed it and partialy feeded the database. Guillaume did the major part of the database’s feed and dealt with public relations.

Since April 2011, Anton maintains the Website − henceforth called Googliberty − alone. He’s considering evolutions to do during the forthcoming months.

All the other resources are provided by human catallaxy.

Have a good exploration of the liberal and libertarian (complex) thinking!
